Benjamin Scholle advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formations, securities compliance, and corporate governance. His practice centers on complex business transactions, entity structuring, and regulatory compliance, bringing a strategic and solutions-oriented approach tailored to their needs. Before joining Aubrey Payton, Benjamin Scholle served as Associate Counsel at a private equity firm. In this capacity, practice primarily on corporate restructurings, exempt security offerings, and contract negotiations and drafting. In that role, he was responsible for providing the fund managers with comprehensive legal guidance on a broad range of business and regulatory issues.
